The Pastoral care team is coordinated by Rev. Emmy and they met a few times a year to discuss and plan, but the real ministry is going out or making a phone call or sending a card as a way of keeping in touch and extending the love of Christ to others.  This caring outreach (ministry) provides a more one on one care with others.
