The Guelph Wellington Seniors Association’s Community Support Services offers a Gentle Exercise Class at Trinity in the Norfolk Room from 10:45-11:45 a.m. The class is composed of cardiovascular, balance, strength training and stretching components and lead by trained senior volunteer leaders.
