Communication #9
June 30, 2021

As Ontario moves into Stage 2 of the Reopening Plan, as of June 30, we are permitted up to 25 to gather for connections on the front lawn at Trinity. This is great news. While mask wearing to get settled and social distancing are still required, many more can join the conversations

Conversation under the Trees – Wednesday, June 30, 10:00-11:00 am.

Please join Rev. John on the Balsam St. lawn for song, prayers and conversation on Wednesday. Watch for dates and times of future pop-up gatherings. Please email rev.john@trinityunitedguelph.ca or leave a message with your name and phone number for him at (519) 824-4800 Ext 2 in order to assist us with contact tracing. You will need to reserve a space. We can now have up to 25 persons for outdoor gatherings. If we have rain, you will be contacted to re-book.

Please review the Covid-19 self-screening and do not attend if you have any symptoms.  Please bring a lawn chair and a mask if you think you will need to use the washroom inside the building.

Indoor gatherings, for the moment, are still limited to 5 persons. By the end of July, if all goes well, this will be changing as well to include many more people in Trinity activities.

Things ARE looking up!!!

You may still contact the church office by phone (519-824-4800) or by email (info@trinityunitedguelph.ca) as well as contact our ministry staff through the office. Mail may still be placed through the mail slot beside the office entrance.

We will keep everyone updated as the exciting news continues to develop.

John Bye and Hal Osborne, for the Reopening Team of Trinity United Church, Guelph.
