Three Willows In Church Services
Members wishing to return to services in our building will be pleased to hear that Three Willows will reopen for Sunday Worship Services in our church building on Sunday October 3rd at 10:30 a.m.
Worship at this time will take place in the Willow Grove Room. The reason for the Willow Grove room is that this area can be ventilated.
Attendance is limited and therefore everyone MUST PREREGISTER.
EMAIL THE CHURCH OFFICE OR LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE CHURCH PHONE BY FRIDAY 10:00 A.M.
You will need to leave the names and phone numbers of anyone attending as a contact tracing list must be kept.
All details are subject to change according to Public Health Regulations.
The service will be taped and Ingrid will post it Sunday afternoon for those watching from home.

Anyone wishing to attend is strongly encouraged to have received both Covid vaccines.
A mask must be worn at all times in the building.
Before attending in person service please answer negatively all Covid screening questions. You can find the screening questions on Three Willows website and they will also be posted on the parking lot doors.
Please enter by the parking lot doors. You will be signed in and hand sanitizer will be available. Masks are required.
Services will take place in the Willow Grove room.
You will sit with your family and we ask that you remain seated until the conclusion of the service. Chairs will be physically distanced following government requirements.
If you bring your children please sit with them in the designated area. We will provide activities for them to engage in.
At this time, we will not be singing, taking communion or circulating a collection plate. Those who wish to make an offering are encouraged to place it in the collection plate as you exit the room.
As much as we would like to hug or shake hands with each other it is not safe to do so at this time. We must visit from a safe distance.
REMEMBER IF VISITING OUTSIDE AFTER THE SERVICE TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING
